Privacy note
What this site and Bankable Deal collect, and what happens to it. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What you send
- The contact form: your name, email, the business you are looking at and anything you type. It is stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to Sergei's email (Gmail).
- Payment: Stripe handles card payments through the Buy now button. Stripe collects your card details, email, name and two short deal questions at checkout; Bankable Deal never sees your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Deal documents: CIMs, P&Ls, tax returns and similar files go to a private cloud folder (the provider is named in your engagement letter) shared only between you and Sergei, not by email. Sergei is the only person who works on them; the storage provider holds them under its own security terms. They are used only for your engagement and deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask to keep them longer. Provider backups can keep deleted files for a limited period, and records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept.
Booking a call
The "Book a free call" buttons open Calendly, which collects the name, email and any answers you give when you book, under Calendly's privacy notice. Sergei uses them only to hold the call.
The calculator
The 1.25× calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent anywhere unless you ask for the result by email. If you do, the figures you entered and the result they produced are sent with your email address, stored by Netlify and forwarded to Sergei's email, exactly like the contact form. Leave that field blank and nothing leaves your browser.
External services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site today; if that changes, this note will be updated first.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information or share your deal with lenders, brokers, the seller or anyone else without your permission, except where the law requires it.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, at thecfoanalyst@gmail.com.
